Final Outlet Units - Type ‘E’

The ‘E’ version of final outlet units are suitable for R55, R75 and R90 conveyors and being the lowest cost option are the popular choice for most applications, they have the same functionality as the ‘C’ version with the exception that it’s compact design does not allow it to be stacked.

There are two variants of the ‘E’ final outlet unit, both are identical except that the kits include drive shafts to suit a specific conveyor tube, spiral and motorgear unit.

Note: The type ‘E’ unit is only suitable for mounting up to 30° from horizontal; above this angle the unit is liable to block as the material cannot flow out efficiently, in this instance a type ‘C’ unit should be specified as these can be installed at up to 60° in conjunction with type 5 angle adaptors to bring the outlet cone back to the horizontal.

Kit Comprises:

• Galvanised sheet steel housing.
• Drive shaft to suit the specified motorgear unit and spiral size.
• Conveyor tube inlet spigot c/w tube clamp.
• Emergency high level cut off switch.
• 85mm outlet cone c/w reducer to 70mm; this accepts either Corevex™ drop tube or a flexible hose kit
